Refund & Cancellation Policy

डिजिटल फ़ाइल होने के कारण डाउनलोड के बाद रिफ़ंड नहीं होता। अगर फ़ाइल न मिले या न खुले, तो हम मदद करेंगे या पूरे पैसे लौटाएँगे।

Digital products

Because our booklets are digital files delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled and are generally not refundable once the download link has been sent.

When we will refund

You will get a full refund if: you were charged but did not receive the download link and we cannot deliver it within 48 hours; you were charged twice for the same order; or the file you received is damaged and we cannot replace it.

How to ask

Write to info@sanskaridadi.com within 7 days of purchase with your name, payment ID and the problem.

Refund time

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
